Booking
You can book online through our booking system, call us at (424) 361-6082, email reservations@blacktiecar.com, or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm within minutes.
For same-day bookings, we can often place a chauffeur within 60 minutes. Call our dispatch line directly for urgent requests — we'll give you an honest timeline.
Yes. Call (424) 361-6082 for same-day requests. We accommodate last-minute bookings frequently, though we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
We'll need your pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. For airport pickups, provide your flight number so we can track it.
Pricing
All rates are fixed and agreed upfront. There is no surge pricing, no metered charging, and no hidden fees. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure booking system, as well as corporate account invoicing for business clients.
For hourly as-directed service, waiting and standby time are included in the hourly rate. For point-to-point transfers, we include a standard waiting window at no charge.
Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. It is always at the client's discretion. Our drivers never solicit tips.
Vehicles & Capacity
Our fleet includes Executive Sedans (Lincoln Continental, Tesla Model X, Cadillac XTS — up to 3 passengers), Executive SUVs (Chevrolet Suburban — up to 6), First Class Sedans (BMW 7 Series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class — up to 3), First Class SUVs (Cadillac Escalade — up to 6), and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (up to 12).
For solo executives or couples, an Executive Sedan is typically ideal. For groups of 4–6 with luggage, an SUV or First Class SUV works best. For 7+ passengers or events, our Sprinter van is the right choice. Call us if you're unsure — we'll help you select.
You can request a vehicle class (Executive Sedan, First Class SUV, etc.) at the time of booking. Specific model availability varies by day and is subject to confirmation.
Yes. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Service Areas
We serve all of Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, and are based in Simi Valley. We also coordinate worldwide transfers through our global partner network.
LAX (all terminals including Tom Bradley International), Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), Long Beach Airport (LGB), John Wayne Airport (SNA), and all private FBO terminals including Van Nuys Airport (VNY).
Yes. We regularly serve Santa Barbara, Temecula, and other Southern California destinations. For destinations further afield, we coordinate with our global partner network. Contact us to discuss.
Policies
We offer free cancellation up to [X hours] before the scheduled pickup. Please contact us as early as possible for any changes — late cancellations may incur a fee. See our full terms for details.
Call or text us directly. Most changes — updated pickup time, destination change, additional stops — can be accommodated. Same-day changes should be called in directly to dispatch.
Yes. Confidentiality is a non-negotiable condition of employment. Every driver signs an NDA covering client identity, destinations, conversations, and all trip details.
Yes. All vehicles carry full California commercial livery insurance. All drivers are fully licensed and have passed comprehensive background checks and DMV reviews.
