LAX During Match Days

Airport departure and arrival traffic will surge unpredictably on match days. The 105/405 interchange is projected to reach gridlock 6–8 hours before kickoff. Our operations team will pre-stage vehicles and adjust departure windows based on real-time LADOT feed data.

SFO During Tournament Weeks

International arrivals at SFO will surge significantly during the group stage, with fans from 48 nations transiting through the terminal. Rideshare pickup has already been pushed to Level 5 of the Domestic Garage — during tournament weeks, wait times in that structure are projected to be severe. Our limos retain direct Arrivals curb access.

San Francisco Downtown Fan Zones

The City of San Francisco will designate official Fan Zones in the Embarcadero and Civic Center areas, triggering temporary street closures and SFPD-managed traffic rerouting. Our Bay Area chauffeurs will have pre-studied alternate routing into Financial District and SoMa hotel corridors.

Why Rideshare Apps Will Fail Your Executives During World Cup Weeks

Stadium security perimeters are physically enforced, not advisory. Uber and Lyft drivers without pre-registered operator credentials will be turned away at checkpoints — often multiple miles from the actual venue. Standard taxi and rideshare staging areas near SoFi, the Rose Bowl, and Levi's Stadium will be relocated or eliminated entirely.
